“Clock Vault” android app under developer name of Ws Infotech, respects and protects all users' personal privacy. App DOES NOT use or disclose your personal information. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, this information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties. App updates this privacy policy from time to time. By agreeing to the app service agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy.
Since no files are transmitted over the Internet or stored online, users can be guaranteed absolute security. App cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personally identifiable information you transmit to websites or post on non-public (restricted or private) pages. You understand and acknowledge that submitting such information via the Internet or posting it on restricted pages is at your own risk.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct information usage, App maintains appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
You can set your email address locally inside the app for password recovery. We do not store or share your email address. Setting your email address is optional.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We may disclose your non-personal information to trusted third parties assisting us, as long as they agree to keep it confidential.
All content/data stored by the user inside the app is kept locally on the device by default. Upon uninstalling the app, all such content/data will be deleted and cannot be recovered, even if the app is reinstalled.
Users may opt to back up content/data using their own Google Drive. When cloud sync is enabled, users can restore their data even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the same or a different device, provided they use the same Google account and a backup is available.
Our app includes a Recycle Bin feature that allows you to temporarily delete media or files by moving them to the Recycle Bin. Items stored in the Recycle Bin are retained for a period of 30 days from the date of deletion, after which they are automatically and permanently removed from the system. Once permanently deleted, these items cannot be recovered.
The ability to restore items from the Recycle Bin is available only to users with an active premium subscription. Users without an active subscription will not be able to recover files from the Recycle Bin.
This limitation is clearly communicated at the time of deletion when you select the “Move to Recycle Bin” option.
Previously, users were only able to permanently delete files, and no recovery option was available once deletion was completed. To enhance user experience, we invested significant development effort and resources to introduce the Recycle Bin feature, allowing temporary storage and potential recovery of deleted items.
Due to the ongoing costs associated with developing, maintaining, and improving this functionality, the file recovery capability is offered as part of our premium features and requires an active subscription.
We do not provide services focused on children. If you are under 13, you may use our app only with a parent or guardian.
“Clock Vault” reserves the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in legislation or other developments. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
